Practical information

• Camping: you can sleep on the event premises in your own tent (modern or historical). For this option, you will need an additional ticket for sleeping in a tent for 200 CZK (~10 €) — please note: the tent fee is per person, not per tent.
• Parking: if you intend to arrive by car, don't forget to add a parking ticket for 200 CZK (~10 €). The parking fee is per car.
• Facilities: both flush and mobile toilets and drinking water will be available. Showers are not available at the premises, but you can use the natural lake for your bath.

Arrival & schedule

The Sands of Ofier will take place in the sandpits near Veselí nad Lužnicí from 4 to 6 September 2026.

• Thursday 3 Sept: arrival is possible from 16:00. We recommend arriving on Thursday evening — especially if you plan to engage in the whole-con game and enjoy it from the very beginning. We will explain the rules of the game (roughly from 19:00), you can take your time to build your tent and enjoy some fun with your friends before the event itself begins. You can join later, but you won't get the full experience.
• Friday 4 & Saturday 5 Sept: these will be the main event days, with the LARP game and the programme.
• Sunday 6 Sept: meant for packing and departure only. The venue closes at 12:00 (noon).

Age limit

An important notice: the event is only for adults above 18 years old. The only exception is babies up to 3 years old (included), who enter free of charge.
