Cookie Policy
We use cookies to make the site work and to understand what interests you. Here's which ones, why, and how you stay in full control.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They remember your choices, keep the site working, and — only if you allow it — measure traffic and support marketing. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, work the same way; throughout this policy we refer to all of them together as "cookies".
Consent and legal basis
Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and therefore always run (the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning website). Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you give consent in the cookie banner — until then the relevant tools do not load and no measurement or advertising cookies are stored.
Consent is voluntary, each category can be accepted or rejected separately, and you can change or withdraw it at any time (see below). Rejecting is as easy as accepting and has no effect on how you use the site.
Cookie categories
Necessary (always on)
Provide the site's basic functionality and store your consent choice. The site can't work properly without them, so they can't be turned off.
- cm_consent — stores your cookie consent choice. Con Morhen site, kept for roughly 6 months.
Analytics
Help us understand anonymously how the site is used — which pages interest you and where you get lost — so we can improve it. Loaded only with your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 — _ga, _ga_* and similar. Traffic measurement. Kept for up to 2 years.
Marketing
Let us measure how well our campaigns perform and show relevant ads on third-party platforms (remarketing). Loaded only with your consent.
- Google Ads — _gcl_au and others. Conversion measurement and remarketing. Typically kept up to 90 days.
- Facebook (Meta) Pixel — _fbp, fr. Measurement and ad targeting on Meta platforms. Typically kept up to 90 days.
The specific tools and data transfers
We deploy the tools above through Google Tag Manager (GTM itself sets no cookies). The providers of the individual tools are:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — Google Ireland Limited.
- Facebook (Meta) Pixel — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
As part of their operations these providers may transfer data to third countries, in particular the USA. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses). For details of their processing, see each provider's own privacy policy.
How to change or withdraw consent
You can adjust or fully withdraw your choice at any time — click below to reopen the cookie settings:
You can also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Deleting the cm_consent cookie means we'll ask you again on your next visit.
Your rights and contact
Regarding your personal data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
