Tickets

Can I sell or transfer my ticket?

If you can't make it to the event, you can transfer your ticket to another person, but only with our assistance. Tickets resold or transferred without our knowledge will not be valid. Contact us at info@conmorhen.cz.

How long do I have to pay after placing an order?

Payment is due within 5 days. After that we will cancel the order and notify you by email.

How do camping tickets work?

Every visitor planning to sleep in a tent at the festival pays per person, not per pitch. This is because tent sizes vary so widely. It also lets us control who is in the camping area.

How does parking work?

A limited number of parking spaces will be available near the venue. If possible, please carpool. A parking pass must be purchased alongside your ticket. The exact parking location will be announced before the event; on the day there will be clear signage.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

We do not currently plan to sell tickets on the day.

How long after payment will my ticket arrive?

We process tickets every morning and evening. If you pay instantly, you should receive your ticket within 24 hours.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. In cases of medical reasons or other serious circumstances, contact us at info@conmorhen.cz — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Costumes & equipment

Is a costume mandatory?

Yes — costumes are mandatory for all visitors on Friday and Saturday. See the Costumes page for full details and inspiration.

Does the costume have to be from the Ofier setting?

Not necessarily. Guests travelling from afar are welcome, so Witcher-world or medieval costumes are also permitted. We recommend Middle Eastern or North African inspiration but do not insist on it.

Can I have weapons as part of my costume?

Yes, soft-material or metal prop weapons are allowed as part of your costume. You are responsible for safe handling at all times — do not endanger others. Keep your weapon sheathed or secured. Any staged combat must be agreed with the organisers in advance. Please set down your weapon before entering the dance area.

Can I cosplay a Witcher character?

Yes, cosplay of any Witcher character is welcome.

Venue & stay

Is there an age restriction?

Sands of Ofier is strictly an 18+ event. Anyone under 18 will be refused entry regardless of who they are with. The sole exception is babies up to 3 years of age (inclusive), who enter free of charge. A valid ID will be required at the gate.

When can I arrive?

Arrival is possible from Thursday 3 Sept at 16:00. It is highly recommended for players of the LARP game — the rules introduction takes place roughly from 19:00. You can join the game later, but you won't get the full experience. Sunday 6 Sept is for packing and departure only, and the venue closes at 12:00 (noon).

What facilities are there? Are there showers?

Both flush and mobile toilets and drinking water are available. There are no showers on site — you can use the natural flooded sandpit lake to bathe.

Where can I store my belongings?

There is no supervised storage at the event. Please use your tent or other accommodation.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are strictly prohibited for the safety of both visitors and animals.

Can I make a campfire?

No. Campfires may only be lit by organisers as part of the story. Visitors may not light their own fires.

Are day tickets available?

No. Sands of Ofier does not offer single-day tickets.

Food & payments

Can I bring my own food and drink?

A wide range of food and drink will be available on site. You may bring your own — especially if you have dietary requirements. Please do not consume your own food and drink inside indoor areas.

Can I pay by card?

Payment options vary by vendor. Our info desk will offer cashback with a 2% fee.

Photography

Can I take photos at the event?

Personal photography is permitted. Always ask for consent before photographing specific individuals. In areas marked 18+, only our accredited photographers may shoot, by prior arrangement.

What if I don't want to be photographed?

Photographers should always ask for your consent first. If they don't, tell them to stop and delete any photos. If they refuse to respect your wishes, report the behaviour to our team.
